User Data Deletion Instructions

Compliance with Meta Platform Policy Section 4.b

At Worksensy, we respect your data privacy rights. According to the Meta Platform rules and global data protection standards (GDPR, CCPA), you have the right to request the complete deletion of your personal data and any information collected through the Worksensy CRM Facebook Lead Ads Integration.

Method 1: Automatic Removal via Facebook Profile

If you wish to remove Worksensy’s access to your Facebook account and delete associated permissions:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Apps and Websites.
  3. Locate Worksensy in the list of active apps.
  4. Click the Remove button next to Worksensy.
  5. Check the option to delete posts, videos, or events that Worksensy may have published on your behalf, then confirm by clicking Remove.

Method 2: Direct Request to Worksensy Data Support

If you submitted your contact details through a Facebook Lead Ad or want your lead records permanently erased from our CRM database:

  1. Send an email to support@worksensy.com
  2. Use the subject line: “Meta User Data Deletion Request”.
  3. Provide your Full Name, Email Address, or Phone Number that was submitted in the Lead form so our team can accurately locate your record.

Turnaround Time & Confirmation

Once your request is received, our data protection officer will permanently delete your personal information, contact numbers, email logs, and associated inquiry details from all our active databases and backup stores within 48 to 72 business hours.

You will receive an official confirmation email verifying that all associated personal data has been irrevocably purged.
