1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Worksensy CRM(“Service”), operated by Worksensy Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Worksensy is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed to manage sales pipelines, team collaborations, quotations, and automate lead synchronization from third-party advertising platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads), IndiaMART, and custom webhooks.

3. Meta Platform & Lead Data Compliance

Users connecting their Facebook Pages or Meta Ad Accounts to Worksensy agree to comply with:

• Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
• Applicable local data protection laws (including SPAM regulations, GDPR, and CCPA).
• Only contacting leads who have explicitly provided consent through legitimate lead capture forms.

4. Intellectual Property & User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Worksensy retains all intellectual property rights in the software, algorithms, and branding of the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Worksensy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service or any third-party API downtimes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms or misuse of customer data.
